Who we are – we opened Willow Dental Group to provide patients with a dental experience unlike any they have ever had. Our vision is to serve excellently and put others first while offering the finest in materials and amenities. We shower our patients with gifts, complimentary coffee bar, WDG water bottles, FREE lip balm, FREE pens and more at each visit. We even have a comfort menu to choose from so that our patients look forward to their next visit with us.

What we expect from you – we are looking for a reliable professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and preferably 1-3 years minimum dental & Dentrix experience.

Additional monthly incentive income is available based on meeting monthly production goals. Owner provided team lunches available monthly when we hit collection goal, and individual referral bonuses available as well.

Current Opportunities

Registered Dental Assistant [RDA] or Dental Assistant [DA] –

A proven ability to fabricate temporary crowns, take digital impressions, photos & x-rays, facilitate same-day treatment, and anticipate the needs of your dentist.

Attention to detail and personal accountability will aid in your success. Active listening is key, honesty and a high standard of integrity – doing what you say you will do, ie: finish the crown, confirm lab cases have gone out or returned prior to patient appointment, etc. Assertive, organized and excited to tackle new challenges.

Dental Front Office Professional –

A proven ability to exceed daily production goals. responsible for filling a dentist’s double columns daily, schedule treatment, present treatment & FAs, and collect payments. Phone skills are necessary as well as attention to detail, and personal accountability will aid in your success. Active listening is key, honesty and a high standard of integrity – doing what you say you will do, ie: call patients back, put a patient on a short-call list to get them in sooner when we have cancellations, and follow through on assignments to completion.

What you can expect daily – a fast paced office, follow up on and schedule unscheduled treatment, schedule multiple appointments for treatment for each patient, make out-bound calls to fill your doctor’s schedule, receive industry-leading phone training to successfully manage new patient calls, present financial arrangements to patients, accept payments and co-pays, and an opportunity to learn constantly and grow personally and professionally.
