“SPT” Patients
A patient who requires SPT services will have access to customized care and provider time at each visit to facilitate proper preventative care and to achieve stabilized dental care. Your doctor and hygienist will determine the best custom protocol based on your individual diagnosis and periodontal disease progression for optimal oral and overall health, and to keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible, so you can keep your teeth as long as possible.
You may require SPT services if you have periodontal disease and/or any of the following conditions:
- Bleeding Gums
- Gum Recession
- Bone Loss
- Periodontal Disease
- Root Sensitivity
- Ever been referred to or seen a Periodontist
- Probing of 4 mm pockets or higher [currently or in past]
- Gum Grafts
- Ever had a “deep cleaning”
SPT Patients also have access to:

| Laser Pocket Disinfection | 10% off |
SPT diagnosis is irreversible, however, stabilization to prevent further gum disease progression is possible with appropriate home care and professional care from your dental team.
