Insurance:

We will be happy to submit charges for your dental services to your insurance carrier. Please provide us with your insurance card from your insurance carrier, with current and accurate information.

Many of our providers accept assignment of dental benefits for the portion of your dental treatment that is covered by insurance. You are responsible for any deductible amount or any other balance not paid or covered by your insurance company at the time of service. We can also file a pre-estimate of your benefits once you have decided on your treatment to get a better estimate of what may be covered and your total balance due.
