Personal:
- I am very happily married to my best friend, Tracey. Tracey has a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, in Industrial Relations-Human Resource Management and is also an alumna of California State University, Fresno. She is currently the Director of Operations, Marketing and Community Events for the dental practice. So, if you see her, please introduce yourself. She’d love to meet you.
- We have four children. Our oldest, Annika, graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2021 and works as the Lead in our Front Office full-time. Our second child, Karsten, is on track to graduate from CSU Fresno [also] in 2024. He plans to apply to dental school to follow in dad’s footsteps or possibly Orthodontics. Mats, our third child, will graduate from Clovis North in the Fall of 2024. He loves water polo and hopes to pursue it at the collegiate level, God-willing. Ava, our baby girl is a game squad cheerleader and also on the varsity competitive cheer squad at Clovis North High School and will graduate in 2027. They keep us humbled and we feel certainly blessed by each of them!
- In my free time, I enjoy swimming, snow skiing, water skiing, cooking, traveling, serving in my church, mission work, and spending as much time as possible with my family.
Dr. Jenn Jacobson, DDS, Prosthodontist
Dr. Jenn Jacobson, DDS is native to Northern California and grew up learning about dentistry from her mom, a dental assistant. She was raised to be incredibly inquisitive, constantly asking questions about dentistry and even taking impressions of her hand with dental impression materials. She graduated from Vintage High School in Napa, received her BS in Physiological Science at UCLA and a Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Pre-Health Professions from UC Berkeley. Jenn left California to attend Touro College of Dental Medicine in New York where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then pursued specialty training at Stony Brook University and completed an Advanced Education in Prosthodontics program. As a Prosthodontist, Jenn has a special interest in full mouth rehabilitation, implant therapy and removable prostheses. She hopes to utilizes her additional training to help patients with complex issues achieve dental health. She was teaching Prosthodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine when the opportunity to return home to California brought her to the Willow Dental Group.
Dr. Jacobson was married to her husband, Theodore Jacobson, DMD in 2022. His acceptance into the UCSF Fresno Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program gave the couple the opportunity to return to their shared home state of California. They have two cats and spend their free time cooking together for friends and family or returning to the family ranch in Sonoma County.
Dr. Harpreet Kaur Deol, DMD
Dr. Harpreet Kaur Deol is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist with extensive expertise in general dental procedures and endodontic treatment. Her diverse experience brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for high-quality patient care to our practice.
Originally from India, Dr. Deol earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics (MDS) at BFUHS, India, completing her studies in 2017. She worked as an Assistant Professor and Endodontist before moving to the United States in 2020. Throughout her career, Dr. Deol has been actively involved in research, constantly exploring innovative techniques and groundbreaking approaches to enhance patient care and save teeth. She keeps a keen eye on current dental research to ensure our patients receive the most effective and modern treatments. She recently returned to the Central Valley after earning her DMD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Dentistry in 2024.
Dr. Deol’s primary goal is to provide excellent care to her patients, focusing on saving their teeth and helping them lead healthy lives. She exceeds patients’ expectations with her calming personality and gentle approach to dental treatment. Dr. Deol takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns, thoroughly explain procedures, and provide personalized care. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and contributing to their overall dental health.
She is happily married to her husband, who is also a dentist and a healthcare executive. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking with her husband and son.
Dr. Eddie Tapia, DDS
Dr. Eddie Tapia is from Gilroy California. He wanted to become a dentist since he was 12 years old. He spent most of his adult life in San Francisco. There he received a bachelors of general biology with a minor in chemistry at San Francisco State University. He then went to the San Francisco State Post-Baccalaureate program where he received his Pre-Health certificate. Lastly, he went to A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in downtown San Francisco where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Eddie Tapia then moved to Dallas Texas to begin his career in general dentistry. After a couple of years of practicing in Texas, he and his wife were expecting their first child and decided to move to Clovis, California to be closer to family.
Dr. Eddie Tapia has worked with all age groups throughout his career. He strives to help put patients at ease in an already vulnerable setting. His goal is to be clear and concise when it comes to his patients’ oral health. Dr. Tapia does his very best to put dental terminologies in layman terms. As a visual learner himself, he uses models, pictures, and drawings to help better communicate to his patients. He is a member of the local dental study club to continue his learning process and to keep up to date with the latest research.
Outside of the dental field, Dr. Tapia focuses his time with his wife, toddler, and 90 lb. Bernedoodle. You can find him and his family going for walks, going to the dog park, or enjoying some food at a patio’s restaurant. He enjoys cooking, using his smoker to make some barbeque, table tennis, golf, and strength training.
